Brothers arrested after parking in Glendale Police Chief's spot with marijuana in plain view

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Glendale Police tell CBS 58 that a 21-year-old man was parked in the Police Chief's parking spot while at a municipal court hearing around 5:27 p.m. on November 16. 

A police clerk noticed the car and smelled marijuana coming from it. The clerk could plainly see a marijuana blunt and a bag with a half gram of heroin in plain view on the center console. 

The man and his 20-year-old brother were arrested in court. The 20-year-old was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and the 21-year-old was referred to the DA's officer for charges.

The brothers told police they were going to smoke the marijuana after the court hearing.
