Brookfield police arrest suspect accused of recording women's locker room at Elite Sports Club

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brookfield police have arrested a suspect accused of recording inside the women's locker room at Elite Sports Club.
The information was reported to the police department on Feb. 18 in regards to the location at Burleigh and Lilly Road.
Police say criminal charges of invasion of privacy and possession of marijuana have been referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities say the suspect is not being named pending the filing of charges.
