MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Pride was on full display at Miller Park Thursday.
The Brewers hosted Pride Night for the first time. Fans say it feels good knowing their favorite team supports the LGBT community.
"This is something really special for me. I think it really shows that they appreciate our community. I love the Brewers so much and so it's really nice to be here and enjoy a game with the Pride Night theme," one fan told CBS 58.
"I'm really excited about it. I think like sports are something that's not typically seen as being LGBT inclusive and to have the opportunity to be here and see everybody and be like, 'whatever, it's pride month, we're all happy, we all love each other," another Brewers fan said.
Twenty-four Major League Baseball teams will host LGBT events this season.
