Brewers beat Giants, Peralta tops bigs

MILWAUKEE--The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the San Francisco Giants 3-1 Thursday afternoon at Miller Park.
Pitcher Wily Peralta became the first MLB pitcher to earn 14 wins in 2014. He threw a career-high nine strikeouts while giving up just one run.
Khris Davis delivered the go-ahead RBI for the Brewers in the sixth inning.
