MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- December is often called "the most wonderful time of the year," but for millions of people, the holidays can actually make stress, anxiety and depression worse.

CBS 58 was joined by Nicole Holtz, a clinical psychotherapist with Ascension Wisconsin to talk about seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and managing holiday stress.
