Bleacher Report Publishes Somewhat Unflattering Profile on Aaron Rodgers

A reporter at Bleacher Report published on Friday a somewhat unflattering article about Aaron Rodgers.

The article questioned if Rodgers was the type of leader the Packers need.

Tyler Dunne interviewed current and former teammates about Rodgers.

A current teammate called Rodgers loyal, but according to the report Rodgers never gave his cellphone number to Jermichael Finley through six seasons together.

Other teammates said Rodgers attends Thursday night dinners with offensive linemen.

"In my opinion, he's a different guy," Finley said to Dunne. "I didn't really know how he showed his leadership. He wasn't a vocal guy. He really wasn't a hands-on guy. To tell you the truth, it was all about his game and his stats in my opinion. … He was a guy that kept it all in. He kept grudges close to his chest. If you did something, he never really let it go. He always kept it close to his heart.”

According to the report, Finley didn’t know Rodgers lived in Green Bay.

The reporter went on to say that Rodgers has not spoken to his family in two years.

In 2014, when the family allegedly mailed presents to Rodgers and his girlfriend the presents were mailed back in February.

According to the report, Rodgers didn’t attend his grandfather’s funeral. This was the same grandfather he once called before every game.

He, also, fired a business manager he’s known since high school.

Allegedly, if his father wants to attend a game he buys tickets on StubHub or goes through another player’s family.

"You can't live like that, man. The people who live like that end up getting f--ked over. That's kind of what's happening here, but he's so prideful and will never admit he's wrong. Ever,” said one source.
