BAY VIEW, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood was taken over by bicyclists Monday, June 20.
It's all part of the Kwik Trip Tour of America's Dairyland series of races.
We're five days into the 13-day series of bike races. Everyone from pros to novices to kids can take part, and even in the heat, plenty of bike enthusiasts showed up to pedal around the neighborhood.
"I have to say, Bay View always shows up to party," said Nickie Rouleau, president of the Bay View Neighborhood Association. "The morale has been pretty high today. Even with the heat, I've seen everybody staying hydrated and also having a great time today."
On Tuesday, the Tour of America's Dairyland continues in West Allis and the last races of the week will be Sunday in the Tosa Village.
