What a fantastic start to the week and for Easter Sunday with filtered sunshine and highs well into the 60s today!
We are only going to warm from here. Temps will be a couple degrees warmer Monday with upper 60s to low 70s expected. Low to mid 70s return Tuesday then we jump to the upper 70s to around 80° Wednesday and Thursday!
These temps are 15-25° above normal, which isn't anything new for this year. Through today's date, we have been experiencing the 4th warmest year to date on record.
The warmer temps are expected area-wide, including near the lake, thanks to a noticeable southwest wind. It will be just strong enough to prevent a lake breeze Monday and Tuesday, then turn fairly windy Wednesday. Thankfully it'll be a warming wind.
While we'll have passing clouds at times, especially to start the week, we don't have any chance for rain until next weekend. Enjoy the nice weather!
