Bayside man arrested for retail theft after allegedly switching price tags at Goodwill

BROWN DEER (CBS 58) – A 50-year-old Bayside man is arrested for retail theft after police say he was switching price tags at Goodwill.
Police say the incident happened just before noon on October 6.
The man was cited on scene and released. A report was filed.
