Badgers QB Stave: Offense 'buying in'

MADISON--No matter who is starting under center, Badgers junior quarterback Joel Stave said the offense has bought into Gary Andersen's way.

As the Wisconsin Badgers football team prepare for their trip to Rutgers, Stave said the offensive performances of him and fellow quarterback Tanner McEvoy have been, in part, because the entire offense believes in what is currently a two-quarterback system.

\"We've done a good job kinda buying in, understanding what we're trying to do whether I'm in or [McEvoy is] in, and buying in 100 percent,\" Stave said.

The Badgers have won two straight games since losing at Northwestern October 1st. The Greenfield-native has started at quarterback since that game and will face his first road test this season as Wisconsin's starting quarterback.
