Badgers fail road test in Maryland

COLLEGE PARK, Maryland--The Wisconsin Badgers lost to the Maryland Terrapins 59-53 Tuesday night at the Xfinity Center.

Despite 18 points from Frank Kaminsky, the Badgers were outdone by Terrapins Dez Wells and Melo Trimble who combined for 42 points.

The loss prevents Wisconsin (25-3, 13-2) from clinching a share of the Big Ten title Tuesday night. Their next match-up is their home finale against Michigan State.
