Back-to-back-to-back: Brewers blasts beat Tigers

Ryan Braun, Adam Lind and Aramis Ramirez hit consecutive home runs in the third inning, propelling the Brewers to an 8-1 win over the Tigers Tuesday night at Comerica Park in Detroit.

With the score tied 1-1, Braun hit an opposite field shot that barely reached the seats just inside the right field foul pole off Anibal Sanchez, a three-run blast. Adam Lind followed with his own long ball to right field, and then Ramirez completed the trifecta with a blast to left. It's the first time all season that an MLB team has hit three consecutive homers, and the first time ever that a visiting team has tallied three straight home runs at Comerica Park.

All eight of the Brewers runs came with two outs. They look for the sweep Wednesday evening at 6:08 Central Time.
