Authorities searching for missing teen, last seen in Outagamie County

SEYMOUR, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities are currently searching for a missing and endangered teen.

Halie Fish was last seen on March 1 in Seymour, Wisconsin.

Fish requires prescription medication which is not in her possession, and authorities say she may be experiencing a medical emergency due to the lack of medication.

Authorities believe she may be in the company of a 16-year-old male.

Fish is described as a 17-year-old female, 5'5, 105 pounds, with blue eyes. She has tattoos on her right forearm and her left wrist.

Fish may be wearing a green "bomber jacket" and blue and white Nike Air Jordan shoes.
