Passenger killed in crash near Locust and Richards, driver arrested
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Fire Department is investigating a suspicious fire that broke out at a vacant home Tuesday morning.
The department was called to the scene near N. 74th St. and W. Custer Ave. around 2:45 a.m.
Authorities say the fire started out on the outside of the home and spread to the inside.
The fire remains under investigation.
