Authorities investigate death of 4-month-old infant in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the death of a 4-month-old baby boy, and preliminary reports indicate co-sleeping is to blame.
Authorities were called out to a home in the 4400 block of N. 103rd Street in the pre-dawn hours of September 16.
The infant was pronounced dead just before 4:30 a.m. Initial reports show the baby was sleeping in bed with his mother, according to officials.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
