Two men are now facing charges in connection with the deadly shooting of a Milwaukee teenager.
According to the criminal complaint, surveillance video shows Tomaz Robinson firing a gun outside a store at 38th and Center last month.
Robinson told investigators that he was returning fire at someone who confronted him inside of the store.
Jamarr Hicks admitted to driving Robinson and a second person away from the scene.
Hicks is charged with Harboring a Felon.
Robinson is charged with Possessing a Firearm by a Felon.
16-year-old Emani Robinson was hit by the gunfire back on June 25th. He died the next day. Police say he was an innocent bystander.
