An armed robbery and attempted carjacking took place in Whitefish Bay on Tuesday night around 8:20 PM in the 4600 block of North Idewild Avenue.

The victim was approached in their driveway.

Suspect displayed a small, black semi-auto handgun and stole victim’s wallet.

He attempted to steal the victim's vehicle but could not start it.

The suspect described as a black male, 20 to 25-years-old, 5-feet 10-inches, medium build and complexion, wearing a dark blue winter jacket with the hood up.

Suspect’s vehicle was described as a white four door sedan possibly with black wheels or no hubcaps.

No shots were fired during this incident, no injuries occurred during this incident.
