Armed carjacking and pursuit ends in two arrests Tuesday night

Two women are in custody today following an armed carjacking and pursuit on Milwaukee’s north side Tuesday night.   Two male suspects are still at large.  According to the Milwaukee Police, it all began around 9:20 PM in strip mall parking lot at N 76th Street and Brown Deer Road.  The four suspects approach a parked car and forced the owner out of the vehicle.  As they left the parking lot, Police began a short pursuit which ended at N 51st Street and Green Tree Road.    The suspects gave up the chase, abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot.  Police officers were able to catch the two women, one adult and one juvenile.  They are still searching for the male suspects.   No injuries were reported in the incident.
