Alleged Active Shooter at Arkansas State in Custody

UPDATE 2:53 PM: The suspect has been placed in custody. Police are investigating the scene, and the university remains on lockdown, according to a tweet by the University.
Report of an active shooter spotted at the student union at Arkansas State University, according to a tweet by the university.
The university, also, tweeted that everyone should evacuate to the west side of the building and clear the area.
The individual with a weapon has been surrounded by police. No shots have been fired, no reported injuries.
