GREEN BAY, Wis (CBS58) — The countdown to the 2025 NFL Draft continues with just two days away from the official start.

Crews are putting the finishing touches on the event and some draft prospects arrived in Green Bay.

"I love chaos. I'm really excited for the chaos. I'm just excited for all the people. It's going to be something Green Bay has never seen before," said Zane Statz, Green Bay artist.

Across the street from Lambeau Field, houses and even fences are getting decked out for the draft.

"This is the 13th time I've painted a mural on this street in ten years and doing something special for the draft," said Statz.

Green Bay is expecting thousands of visitors, Statz says he wanted to create a one-of-a-kind photo op for fans.

"This time, instead of something for the fans, I wanted to celebrate the fans themselves," said Statz.

He's donating his time to raise money for three Green Bay charities and so far, he's raised more than $16,000.

On the other side of Lambeau, businesses are getting ready for the rush.

"Everybody who works here has been preparing for at least a couple months now," said Kaitlain Boettcher, Stadium View Bar and Grille manager.

Stadium View Bar and Grille Manager Kaitlain Boettcher says visitors started arriving last Sunday.

"We've had buses coming in from Buffalo, New York and all over the United States," said Boettcher.

Lifelong Packer fan Robin Nosker is taking off work to enjoy all the draft has to offer.

"It's going to be great to stand over there and watch the draft itself. We will be here early Thursday morning we are coming Thursday Friday Saturday it's going to be awesome," said Nosker.

The NFL says they are working through the night to finish set up and run security checks to be ready for the big day on Thursday.
