Acclaimed Chicago Pastry Chef makes Spam with Waffles

Spam went to chefs around the country asking them to invent a meal with Spam in it.
An acclaimed pastry chef in Chicago created a Spam and waffles in it.
She was on WCIU’s “You & Me” Show and prepared the waffles.
“Nothing like sizzling Spam in the morning,” said one of the hosts.
Spam tour has been in 16 different cities.
