Democrat state lawmakers joined the Wisconsin Asbestos Victims Network to announce efforts to help veterans harmed by the poisionous fibers. A new bill is being introduced to overturn a law signed by Governor Scott Walker in 2014.
Current Wisconsin law prevents people from suing
Democratic State Assembly members plan to introduce the bill next session, and want the bill to be the first bill addressed.
