MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People are slowly and safely returning to downtown main streets in Wisconsin, and that includes Milwaukee's Wisconsin Avenue. In addition to a few more open signs in store windows, they'll find trees budding, flowers blooming and at 2nd and West Wisconsin, a throwback sign of things to come.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning Pauleen Le explored the story of the Warner Theater’s new electronic blade sign and its significance for the city and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
