Woman dies after shooting leads to crash near 2nd and Clark

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 29-year-old woman is dead after a shooting led to a crash on Milwaukee's north side overnight Sunday, Oct. 11.
It happened just before midnight near 2nd and Clarke.
Police say the victim and a friend were driving west on Clarke when someone came up to the car, and fired several shots inside. The shooting caused the victim to crash into the side of a building.
A 31-year-old woman was taken to to the hospital and is expected to survive.
The 29-year-old woman died at the scene.
