Dr. Jill Biden to virtually travel to Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Presidential nominee Joe Biden's wife Dr. Jill Biden will virtually travel to Green Bay Tuesday, Sept. 8.

According to campaign officials, the virtual visit is part of her national "Back-to-School Tour".

The Bidens visited Kenosha Thursday, Sept. 3. The former vice president held a community meeting in aiming to 'bring together Americans to heal and address the challenges we face'.

Prior to arriving in Kenosha, the couple met with members of the Blake family at General Mitchell Airport. The meeting lasted about an hour, and the campaign did not provide a readout of the meeting.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
