94-year-old woman killed in crash involving squad car

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WIS (CBS 58) -- One woman is dead and four others are injured following a car crash in Outagamie County.

The crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. on Friday at WIS 54 EB at Beech Street in Outagamie County near Black Creek.

The two vehicle crash involved a deputy with the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office.

Preliminary investigation shows that the operator of a  Nissan Versa failed to yield the right of way from the stop sign at STH 54 at Beech Street. The Nissan was occupied by 4 people. All occupants were taken to area hospitals. While at the hospital, one occupant, a 94-year-old female, died from her injuries.

The OUSO squad was occupied by 1 deputy who received minor injuries as a result of the crash
