72-year-old man dies in Waukesha motorcycle crash

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 72-year-old man has died following a motorcycle crash in Waukesha Wednesday morning, June 28.
Authorities responded to the intersection of Saylesville Road and Highway 59 around 9:21 a.m.
The lone rider was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police say the vehicle involved was a motorized scooter, and the driver was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation by the Waukesha Police Major Crash Task Force.
