71-year-old dies after fight near 104th and Hampton, suspect turns himself in

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal battery after a 71-year-old was critically injured during a fight near 104th and Hampton on Monday, May 11 at around 4:30 p.m. and later died at a hospital.
A 65-year-old man turned himself in at a police station and was arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
