5th annual Cesar Chavez Celebration taking place at the Marcus Perfroming Arts Center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The fifth annual Cesar Chavez Celebration is happening this Sunday, March 19 at the Marcus Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee. Anthony Smith with Marcus and Nataly Andrade with Mercadera joined CBS 58 to talk more about the event.
