487 Pounds of Prescription Drugs Collected at Drug Take Back

The Prescription Drug Take Back initiative resulted in the delivery of 487 pounds of old prescription and over the counter medications to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
It was held on October 17. The cooperating agencies were the Sheriff's Office, Elkhorn Police Department, Lake Geneva Police Department, Sharon Police Department, and the Whitewater Police Department.
Sheriff Picknell thanks members of the community for their participation in the program and looks forward to its continued success on future collection dates.
