45-year-old West Bend man arrested on Stalking charges

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 45-year-old West Bend man is now facing charges of 4th Degree Assault and Stalking. 

A 17-year-old female called the West Bend Police to report that over the past several months, an older male would show up at her place of employment while she was working, would talk strangely to her, follow her around her job, and watch her from a distance. The employee also admitted that the man would walk up behind her while she was bent over and touch her inappropriately.

During the investigation, an additional 17-year-old female reported that the same man would talk strangely to her and follow her around the business. The victim even reported that the man followed her after she left work one night.

Both teenagers work in the 800 block of W. Paradise Drive.

West Bend Officers were able to identify the 45-year-old West Bend man as the individual involved in both incidents. He was located at his home and arrested.
