MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 42-year-old Tremayne Emerson of Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, Sept. 22.

According to the police, the shooting took place around 5:35 p.m. near 23rd and Hope. The victim succumbed to injuries at the scene.
