Milwaukee Co. Executive David Crowley launches bid for governor
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 9-year-old is in the hospital after a 4-year-old unintentionally shot them on Friday, Nov. 8.
It happened on 75th St, north of Brown Deer Road, around 4:45 p.m.
Milwaukee police say the 4-year-old obtained a gun and unintentionally discharged it, striking the 9-year-old. The 9-year-old was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
Police say a 27-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman were taken into custody.
Charges are pending review by the District Attorney's Office.
