4 Men Arrested for Having Sex with 17-Year-Old, 3 were Registered Sex Offenders
Four men including three registered sex offenders are being held in the Dane County Jail related to the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at a residence in the town of Blooming Grove.
On Tuesday, July 12th Sheriff’s detectives executed a search warrant at 3150 St. Paul Avenue, which is designated as emergency housing for males under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
According to Dane County Sheriff's Office, a coordinated effort between the DCSO, Madison Police, and WI DOC, led to all four suspects being taken into custody.
- Stephon K. Hiler, age 22 of Madison
- James Phillips, age 32 of Madison
- Reginald H. Patton, age 25 of Madison
- Nathan J. Thompson, age 18 of Madison
Hiler, Phillips and Patton all reside at the St. Paul Avenue house and are all registered sex offenders. Thompson does not live in the house, but was part of the Clerk of Courts bail monitoring program. All of the men are facing charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault of an Intoxicated Victim.
