MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There was a power outage that affected more than 4,000 We Energies customers on Friday, Feb. 4.
The utility company says the cause was a Mylar balloon tangled in a power pole and wire.
It is a good reminder that releasing balloons can cause problems, sometimes serious problems.
