MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police is investigating the non-fatal shooting of a 36-year-old earlier today, Aug. 30. 

The shooting took place near N. 27th and W. Ruby Ave. around 6:30 p.m. 

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment, and the shooting is under investigation. 

Police are seeking out unknown and known suspect(s) at this time.
