3 Wisconsin residents killed in crash in Costa Rica

FRANKLIN/RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Three people from Wisconsin were killed in a crash in Costa Rica.
Andrew and Jennifer Niemiec of Franklin and William Stevens of Racine were passengers in a van that collided with a tractor trailer on Friday, Oct. 18.
The driver of their van, who was from Costa Rica, also died in the crash.
Police believe the driver of the tractor trailer may have been intoxicated.
