3 men shot in separate Milwaukee shootings as holiday weekend wraps up

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Violence continued over the holiday weekend in Milwaukee, with three more people shot on Sunday, July 5. 

Police said around 3:20 p.m., near 34th and Hadley, a 32-year-old man from Milwaukee was shot. He walked to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. 

Just before 6 p.m., near 12th and Lincoln, a 35-year-old Milwaukee man was shot. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police said the shooting stemmed from an argument. 

A third shooting happened around 9:56 p.m., near 27th and Brown. Police said a 39-year-old man from Milwaukee was in his vehicle when another car pulled up next to him and fired shots -- striking him. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
