MPD: 3 fatally shot in separate incidents overnight

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating three fatal shootings overnight. 

The first shooting that happened on Friday, Aug. 18. around 11:27 p.m.

According to police, a 35-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Shantelle Mabry.

The second shooting took place near E. Highland and N. Water around 3:37 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19. The Milwaukee County medical examiner confirms a 21-year-old man died. He was identified as Victor Basmirez. 

The third shooting took place near N. 49th Street and N. 51st Boulevard, around 5:46 a.m. where a 17-year-old girl was pronounced dead by the Milwaukee County medical examiner. The victim was identified as Andrea Sanders.
