25-year-old fatally shot during argument in Kenosha
KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 25-year-old Illinois man was fatally shot during an argument near 49th and 8th around 1:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, according to Kenosha police.
Kenosha police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
Officials said officers observed 30 to 40 people arguing in a local establishment's parking lot. As people began to disperse, police say there were gunshots.
Officers found the victim lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where hew as pronounced dead.
