MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that injured a 20-year-old man on Tuesday, Sept. 14. 

It happened near around 3:35 p.m. near Hampton and Sherman Blvd.

The victim is a  20-year-old Milwaukee man, and he sustained non-fatal injuries. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
