2 killed in Sheboygan County semi crash
SHEBOYGAN, COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office, two people died in a fatal crash.
The crash took place on Dec. 7, around 3:33 p.m.
According to the sheriff's office, a preliminary investigation revealed that the accident involved a semi-truck and a single other vehicle. The vehicle was being driven by a 67-year-old from the town of Sheboygan. The 67-year-old continued west and pulled into the path of a semi-truck traveling south on State Highway 32. The semi was being operated by a 26-year-old from Denmark, Wisconsin. Ambulances were immediately dispatched, according to authorities.
Both the operator and her 37-year-old passenger, also from the town of Sheboygan, died as a result of their injuries.
The accident is still under investigation, according to the sheriff's office.
