193 Out of State Juveniles Charged for Alcohol Violations at Country Thunder

Out of state juveniles that were charged for underage alcohol violations at Country Thunder in Kenosha County far out weighed the amount of Wisconsin juveniles arrested. 

Country Thunder is a annual country music festival in Twin Lakes during July. 

According to the Kenosha County, 193 out-of-state juveniles were charged for underage alcohol violations. Only 11 juveniles from Wisconsin were arrested for alcohol violations. 

In addition, 16 juveniles were arrested for obstructing or resisting officers. 

According to the sheriff's office, eight adults were charged for obstructing an officer, and one was charged for severe battery.
