19-year-old woman shot in the head, currently in grave condition

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting late Tuesday night on the City's North side. 

According to police, a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was shot once in the back of the head, while in a vehicle, near N. 24th St. and W. Brown St. around 10:15 p.m.

Officers found the victim near N. 11th St. and W. North Ave. and provided life-saving measures. 

The victim was transported to a hospital, and was in grave condition. 

The incident is currently under investigation and Milwaukee Police are seeking an unknown suspect(s) in relation to this incident.
