19-year-old shot in the back in Racine shooting

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police are trying to find the person responsible for shooting a man in the back. 

Investigators say it happened around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 11th Street and Hilker. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 19-year-old who had been shot in the back. He was taken to an area hospital before being transferred to another hospital due to the injury. Police say the injury is not expected to be life-threatening. 

No suspects are in custody.
