PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Pleasant Prairie man is charged with shooting and robbing his 15-year-old neighbor on October 22.
According to a criminal complaint, 19-year-old Justin Stapleton stole shoes and a PlayStation 4 from the 15-year-old. Stapleton then allegedly pointed a gun at the teen through the boy's bedroom window and shot him several times.
When police searched Stapleton's home they say they found a Glock 17 handgun with a 30-round extended magazine reported stolen out of Illinois and a bag with three pairs of shoes, seven PlayStation 4 games, a PS4 controller, and the PlayStation console inside. Officers also found more ammunition and a fully loaded Glock magazine.
Stapleton is now facing several charges including attempted first-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery.
