WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An 18-year-old Waukesha man is accused of repeatedly choking and raping a woman.
Francisco Nevarez Benitez has been charged with second-degree sexual assault. According to the complaint, it happened January 13th in his basement.
The 18-year-old victim says Benitez repeatedly groped her, choked her, and forcibly raped her.
Benitez is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
If convicted, he could face several decades in prison.
