18-year-old taken to the hospital following shooting on Milwaukee's north side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – An 18-year-old Milwaukee man is in the hospital after a shooting near the intersection of N. 6^th Street and W. Center Street.

Police say the shooting happened just before 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon and the man was taken to a local hospital with a serious injury.

Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting. No suspects are in custody.
