18-year-old Milwaukee man in Court for “Upskirting Case”

An 18-year-old Milwaukee man reached a plea Friday morning in connection with an “upskirting case.”
Prosecutors say Austin Halbrooks secretly took pictures up girls’ skirts at University School of Milwaukee.
In exchange to pleading guilty to one of the four counts of invasion of privacy, the other felonies were dropped.
Sentencing is scheduled for next April.
