21-year-old Milwaukee man fatally shot near 37th and Townsend
Seth Oltmanns has been charged with three counts of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child under 13 and seven counts for Possession of Child Pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, the man was staying at a relative's home in Lomira during the summer of 2016 where he was watching two boys, ages 8 and 10.
The minors mothers separately contacted police claiming their sons had been sexually assaulted.
During separate interviews, the minors told similar stories to investigators about how Oltmanns had sexually assaulted them several times, punching one on in the genitals, and taking a shower with the other one. Oltmanns also allegedly took nude photos of them and saved the images to his phone in a secret file.
Once confronted, police say Oltmanns admitted to having the photos and inappropriately touching one of the boys.
With a search warrant, investigators found 37 images of nude boys on his phone and in picture-hiding apps. There were also searches on Oltmanns phone for things like 'little boys in underwear.'
Oltmanns was released on a $5,000 bond.
